About 88 DUMPLING HOUSE
Family-friendly Asian restaurant serving fresh, handmade dumplings and classic comfort dishes.
Located at 11011 Shadow Creek Pkwy #107, Pearland, TX 77584, 88 DUMPLING HOUSE operates as a restaurant serving Pearland in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (281) 809-5110. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is 88dumplinghouse.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 155 reviews, which is a strong result for a restaurant in Pearland and suggests consistent service.
Pearland is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Pearland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Best boba tea I’ve ever had! The boba itself has a great flavor that is way better than any other place around. The food was decent too—the soup dumplings were good (just desired a bit more flavor) and the rangoons were tasty, though they definitely would have been even better with a dipping sauce. Highly recommend for the drinks!

It just wasn’t a good experience for us. We got moved to a different table which was directly below a TV playing the music. You’ll see in the picture that one of a speaker was directly behind me about 2.5 feet from my ear. The other speaker was playing in my daughter-in-law’s ears beside me. We struggled with the QR code to order (no menus). We tried to help each other, but we couldn’t focus due to K.D Lang singing “Constant Craving.” We didn’t do any better when Ann Rimes cut loose. We started getting some partial orders to the table. Two of us had ordered Kung Pow chicken (one lunch special and one regular). The lunch version came first, but they just said Kung Pow Chicken. We ended up eating the wrong ones, because we didn’t know what everyone had ordered- it’s all done on individual phones. They finally told us the QR Codes have problems and to use the order station. They are like the self order stations at McDonalds but the size of Apple Tablets. We blow at least 15 minutes fighting the QR link before moving to that system. Then we sat through a loud version of “All By Myself” by Eric Carmen. We couldn’t talk to each other due to the prominent vocals. I don’t yuck other people

I’ve been to their other location so I was surprised and happy when I found out that this location is close to my house. They just opened and is currently offering 20% off your bill. We went on a Friday night. The place is smaller than the other location so we decided to just take it to go since there is hardly anyplace to sit. There were a lot of people. You place your order on the kiosk. Their food is as good as the other location. We ordered chicken fried rice, pork and cabbage dumplings, shrimp with pork potstickers (my favorite), thumb-size pan fried pork bun (daughter’s favorite), honey walnut shrimp (too much mayo), Thai milk black tea, and taro boba tea (boba was hard). They were very busy with the onslaught of orders so I’ll cut them some slack since they just opened. Their takeout bags are cute and reusable.
